Esto es un extracto del fichero bttv/driver/videodev.h de las fuentes
del nagratv-2.31:

En las líneas que empiezan por "__" obtengo error, y no consigo
compilar.

También me serviría si alguien me pasa un makefile modificado para
compilar el nagratv.
