Tienes dos opciones:

Mete este JavaScript ANTES de la etiqueta <html>:

<script LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
<!--
if ( window.document.location != "http://direccion_del_frameset" )
{
  window.open ( "http://direccion_del_frameset","_top" );
}
// fin de codigo oculto -->
</script>

O m�telo en la cabecera (entre <head> y </head>) y eso si, como
una funci�n y en el onload del <body> la llamas.

...
<head>
...
<script LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
<!--
function compframe(){
if ( window.document.location != "http://direccion_del_frameset" )
{
  window.open ( "http://direccion_del_frameset","_top" );
}
}
// fin de codigo oculto -->

Pruebalo y ya me dir�s. Es un script que hice justo para lo contrario,
usease, para que si esa web apareciera entre frames pues que saldria
fuera. La logica me dice que est� bien, pero prueba y me dices xD
