  oki lo he dejado asi

   if [ modprobe lirc_gpio ]
      then
      killall irexec
      killall lircd
      modprobe -r lirc_gpio
   else
      modprobe lirc_gpio
      lircd
      irexec -d
   fi

  pero siempre ejecuta la parte del else, ya sea que este cargado el
  modulo lirc_gpio o no lo este, porque si no esta cargado solo muestra
  este error(*) y si y esta cargado te dice oye que el lirc ya esta cargado.
  o sea que siempre ejecuta la parte del else
