S�, siempre y cuando el motor de SQL que est�s usando soporte PL-SQL. S� que
Oracle soporta PL-SQL, pero es un l�o hacer cosas con eso. 

Desgraciadamente, no te puedo informar si mysql va bien con pl-sql...
