Tienes que elegir primiero qu� biblioteca gr�fica vas a usar.

Yo te aconsejar�a GNUstep, porque te permitira compilar f�cilmente tus
programas en MacOSX y en MS-Windows tambien que en Unix.

Pero, no es C b�sico, es Objective-C, un muy bueno lenguaje OO basado en C.

Tambien, hay los clasicos como GNOME, GTK, QT, etc...
