Are you dis-satisfied with religion, the teachings and actions of our 
religious leaders and other related topics?   Have you re-discovered the 
Great Mother  or the Goddess: or are you interested in knowing about the 
Great Mother a.k.a. Mother Nature?  

Many of us were never told that before patriarchy there was matriarchy or 
that before the gods there was the Goddess.  It was by sheer accident that 
I came across knowledge of the great mother eight years ago in the holy 
bible(Jeremiah; ch 44 v 15-19)  which states, ( for those who do not have 
a bible handy): "Then all the men who knew that their wives had burned 
incense unto other gods, and all the women that stood by, a great 
multitude, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Egypt, in 
Pathros, answered Jerimiah saying.  As for the word that thou has spoken 
unto us in the name of the lord, we will not harken unto thee.   But we 
will certainly do whatsoever thing that goest forth out of our own mouth, 
to burn incense unto the Queen of  Heaven and to pour out drink offering 
unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes 
in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem:  for then we had 
plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.   But since we left 
off to burn incense unto the Queen of Heaven, and to pour out drink 
offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by 
the sword and by famine.    And when we burned incense to the Queen of 
Heaven, and poured out drink offering unto Her, did we make Her cakes to 
worship Her, and pour out drink offering unto Her without our men?"

Since then all my searches have been centered around the idea of a female 
deity Vs a male deity.  This has led me to the truth which I feel 
obligated to share with anyone who is interested.   Magic originated with 
the Great Mother, so was farming, sedentary living, the arts, all sciences 
from which we get religion etc.
