TO PARTICIPANTS OF EU-PROJECTS

Our group "Foundations and applications of computer science in
engineering" at the department of Computer Science, University
of Dortmund, Germany, is currently looking for further participation
in EU research projects.

Our group members have previous documented and successful participation
in several EU-research projects and programs.
We would like to contribute to projects related to our main research areas:

EVOLUTIONARY COMPUTING , GENETIC PROGRAMMING, INTERACTIVE EVOLUTION
ARTIFICIAL LIFE
NEURAL NETWORKS

Examples of application fields where we have experiences
and interests of applying these techniques are:

OPTIMIZATION
CONTROL, REAL-TIME SYSTEMS
INTEGRATION OF HETEROGENEOUS TECHNOLOGIES
PATTERN RECOGNITION
SIGNAL PROCESSING
BIOINFORMATICS, PROTEIN SYNTHESIS ANALYSIS
SPEECH PROCESSING
COMPRESSION
COGNITIVE MODELING

Any suggestions of suitable projects and partners would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks for your help.
