Maxwell Hunter has kindly sent me reprints of the papers recently
discussed in ARMS-D. They are:

"What Ike Really Said" 28 Oct 68
"Duration, Withdrawal and Further Negotiations" 10 June 72
"Strategic Dynamics and Space Laser Weaponry" 31 Oct 77
"War Fighting Requirements" 8 Mar 79
"International Agreements and Advancing Technology" 21 Mar 79
"Facing The Threat" 21 Mar 79
"Just What Are We ?" 9 May 79
 "Unnatural Thoughts" 22 May 79
"Comments on Business Week Article" 29 June 79
"A Tale of Two Nations" 16 Aug 79

He has grouped them under the title "MUSINGS ON NATIONAL STRATEGY".

I would estimate the total content to be in the 100,000 character
range; a bit much to pound in on my terminal. I'd be willing to make
xeroxes for those interested; send me USPS communications at
the following address and I will send back accounting and
FTP details.
