Why would the failure of ethernet be the worst in the companies history? So you plug a ringnet behind Star. Big deal. 2. Why is broadband superior to baseband? For a LAN (local area network) it seems better to run two cables and not mix technologies. 3. Ungermann/Bass has announced a broadband ethernet anyway. So you can have your cable TV and send data over it too.
