Halloechen

Koennte mir mal bitte jemand ein par schicke Rezepte fuer die Mirkowelle  
schicken? Besonders gemuese schmeckt mir soooo gut daraus.

In eine passende Jenaform
ca 500 g Fenchel in Ringe geschnitten,
1 Knoblauchzehe in feine Blaettchen
1 Teel. Instantbruehe
150 ml trocknen Weisswein (war heute der Soave von Al*i)
etwas Tomatenmatsche aus der Pappe (auch 150 ml ??)
mikrowellen, bis der Fenchel gar ist, paarmal umruehren
Goudascheiben drauf und uebergrillen.
Dazu (heute) Fladenbrot, was unter dem Grill von pappig auf knusprig
gebracht wurde.
Macht wenig Arbeit.
