MeadowのshellにCYGWINのbashを使いたくて.emacsの
コメント行を有効にしました。shellはbashに変更され起動もできていますが
＊＊＊＊（任意）コマンドをうつと ****^M： command not found に
なってしまいます。
エンターキーだけでも、 ^M： command not found ですから、
^M（LFでしたっけ？）が余計みたいです。
.emacsの日本語環境設定　(set-language-environment "Japanese")
をコメントにすれば、コマンドは正常に実行されます。
ですが、s-JISとEUCの漢字表示できなくなります。
何故だか.emacsは表示できますが・・・　（JISコードだから？）
で、日本語環境設定を有効にしつつ、コマンド入力を正常に実行できる
方法をご存じの方、その方法を教えてください。
