cygwin環境でmeadowを使っています。
meadow上でbashを起動して、grepの結果からタグジャンプ
したいのですが、その方法はありますか？
ご存じの方、よろしくお願いします。

Meadow 上から M-x grep RET で grep を起動します。
*grep* というバッファに結果が表示されるので、
上から順番にタグジャンプするのなら C-x `
カーソル行にタグジャンプするのなら C-cC-c
です。

日本語を検索したい場合は Cygwin の grep じゃなく jgrep や
lgrep をコンパイルして使いましょう。
