elvis-2.1 では、カットバッファも普通のバッファと同じように編集
できますので、以下のような手順で可能です。

1. :'a,.y a 等として、名前付きバッファにテキストをコピーする。
2. :(Elvis cut buffer a)spl として、カットバッファ a を開く。
3. Cut buffer a の内容を編集する(:%!command 等)。

但し、Cut buffer 内では Undo できないようですので、編集には注
意が必要です。
