Hello!

I have the problem, if i edit a html-file, i get the message, when i go
under the first <html>-tag:

External entity html not found

I have heard, that comes from psgml-mode. I have installed it and
uninstalled it, the message comes again again. What I have to type in my
.xemacs-file, when i don't get the message?

Have you also installed the psgml-dtds package?  It is essential
in order to run the psgml-mode work.  What you need to do seems
only to install that package:
