XEmacsをWindows2000で使ってみようと思い。

池山さんのページ　http://www.suiyokai.org/tomonori/xemacs/

から、XEmacs-21.4-b1.zip をおとしてきて、

ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/tux/xemacs/packages/　から
xemacs-sumo.tar.gz　と、　xemacs-mule-sumo.tar.gz
をおとしてきて、

d:/usr/XEmacs 以下にそれらを展開し、
init.elを以下のように設定しました。
　
(setq default-input-method "MW32-IME")
(set-face-font 'default 
	       '("Courier New:Regular:10::Western"
		 "ＭＳ ゴシック:Regular:10::Japanese")
	       nil 'mswindows)
    
そして、xemacsを起動してみると、

(1) (warning/warning) Autoload error in:
d:\usr\xemacs\XEmacs-21.4-b1\lisp\auto-autoloads:
Already loaded

とおこられます。

何が原因でしょうか？
