I'm Masato Toho, Xerox PARC.

I've noticed that many articles posted at USA have NOT arrived Japan.
For my experience, about the half of articles I posted to fj.*
newsgroups have not arrived to Japan. I confirm this at a site in
Japan, fujixerox.co.jp.

I heard there must be a problem on the link between Japan and the USA.
I, however, don't know how to solve this problem.

If you feel your articles have not get through, I recommend you to
check it. Say, with fj.news.lists or using a machine in Japan, such as
mtfuji.gw.u-tokyo.ac.jp.
