Australian based software house seeks expressions of interest from companies
interested in acquiring the exclusive rights to a fully developed,
successful Y2K COBOL conversion tool kit.

The tool is multi platform and multi dialect. It consists of Inventory
Cleansing, Inventory Analysis, Impact Analysis, Data File Conversion Program
Generator and Source Code Remediation modules.

There are a number of successful users of the tool set in Australia and New
Zealand, including IBM Global Services.

Total acquisition is offered including source code, training and
documentation. The only exclusion is restriction from activities with the
product in Australia and New Zealand.
