   I am building B-News 2.11 on an HP/Apollo 425t running
Domain OS 10.3.5.

When I try to run the postnews executable, it does not
recognize any newsgroups as valid, including "general".

When I enter "?" at the prompt:

For a list of newsgroups, type ?
   >

I get the following error message:

/usr/lib/news/newsgroups: no such file or directory

The "newsgroups" file does exist in /usr/lib/news,
and the permissions are:

-rwxrwxr-x 1	news	news	23723	Dec 11 16:00	/usr/lib/news/newsgroups
