The PSL based REDUCE for the Intel 386/486 PC family has been
extended for the OS/2 and LINUX operating systems. So
this 386/486 REDUCE now available for
1.   bare DOS
     Windows 3.x (Microsoft)
2.   OS/2 Version 2.x (IBM)
3.   LINUX (GNU based PD Unix)
4.   UNIX System V (SCO and Interactive)
     
An upgrade from DOS to OS/2 and/or LINUX is possible (on the
same machine, of course), as these systems share the binaries
in the REDUCE file tree. About 2 megabytes of disk space will
be needed for an additional operating system support.
