ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.....
This is Claude from my hibernation. Is it only my impression, but someone
put a CFV and there wasn't objections to fj.life.in-japan? Geez..Whatta
miracle! :-)
I proppose the following new scheme to create newsgroup:
--------------------
Network Mismanagement Procol Ver. A to Z
1) When someone posts "Call for Discussion", please post as soon as possible
some messages like: "Hey, I don't like it!", "I will never use this
group, then it's not useful for me.".
2) If the people disagree upon creation, then you post: "Call for Curse".
Curse everyone who was against the newsgroup.
3) If two week period expires and everybody doesn't want to curse anymore,
then you can post "Call for Discussion" again.
4) If someone send objection now it's because he was sleeping during all
that time and only now notice about the discussion. Send "Objection to
Objection" to him and ignore it.
5) If everybody "wants the newsgroup, but....", then make a "Call
for Ethernal Discussion" (TM: Rafael Santos). If the discussion last
more than 1,000 years then make another one.
6) If someone agrees that he only wants to disagree, then make a
"Call for disagreement" and continue with you "Call for Discussion"
7) If someone hasn't expressed objection, then... It's very strange!
How could it be possible?? Probably the feed to Titech is down!
8) You can "Call for Vote" after the all volume of discussions exceed
300 Gbytes.
9) If someone is against the CFV, you can send all those 300 Gbytes to
him.
10) The votation can be done by the following methods:
a) On-Line jan-ken-po
b) Bribe
c) Hanafuda
d) On-line russian roulette
e) Normal vote, but in this case everybody will complain about.
11) If numbers of votes > 1 vote (Yours, of course) then ask your mother
and sisters to vote more somes.
12) If numbers of votes > numbers of members in your family, the newsgroup
is approved....

Any suggestions to improve mismanagement in FJ? :-)
