The problem I am having is this, I have a host and remote setup with two USR 28.8 modems running PCanywhere32 7.5. The application being ran is a 16bit medical package. When the program is ran and no mouse clicks are sent for a grid control area the program runs fine, as soon as a mouse click is done in a grid area, i.e. spreadsheet type grid, the remote hangs except for mouse movement. If the host completes the mouse movement or exits from the program the link is fine. Both modems are set to the same speed setting, both either run software or hardware control. All dll's are the same. Have set the extra settings to s12=0 for the delay. Getting rid of the modems is not an option. Any ideas? I'm about out. Thanks Dean

It sounds very much like you have an IRQ conflict between your modem and your mouse. Remember, comm ports 1 and 3 both use IRQ 4, and ports 2 and 4 use IRQ 3. You want to make sure your modem is not sharing an IRQ with the mouse. Rick

Sounds like a pcANYWHERE problem, not a modem problem.
p.s. Next time please show more restraint with your cross-posting.
Thanks.
