 |These versions of Zip and UnZip support the long-awaited saving and
 |restoring of VMS file attributes for VMS .ZIP files (using the -V
 |option on the ZIP command).  This ability will make the use of .ZIP
 |files practical for VMS sites, since all VMS file types can be
 |safely zipped and unzipped.  Previous versions of Zip/UnZip created
 |only Stream_LF files upon unzipping.
