In article <TOYOSIMA.92Jul7220221@smd.gssm.otsuka.tsukuba.ac.jp> toyosima@gssm.otsuka.tsukuba.ac.jp (Shinichi Toyoshima) writes:

President of personal enterprise of VIS, and
Graduate school student of Univ. of Tsukuba, Japan.

You must say "President of VIS, aprivate enterprise, and a graduate
school student of the University of Tsukuba."

Majar in Information Science and Technology.

Must be "Major" or "Majoring"

		   study in Sytem Management.

Must be "Studying Systems Management."

New social theory of fusion in variouse fields,

Must be "various fields."

Toyoshima, Shin-ichi have all rights of

Must be "Toyoshima, Shin-ichi has all rights of"

			   Math., Sci., ...
			   Constract, Sale, ...
Adm. of Law, Adm. of Economy, ... .

Must be "Construction, Sales".

who are belonged to all that fields or
who are	freely moving among them.

Must be "who are beloging to all those fields"

3	Fusion of fields is tend to be enhanced in
		   like U.S.A.,

I believe "in like U.S.A." is a typical expression directly tranlated
from Japanese. In English, it must be "to be enhanced (or
encouraged?) in a country like the USA."

Individual rights is the most important.
and to be depressed in like Japan.,

Must be "Individual rights are the most impotant and to be depressed
(or discouraged?) in a country like in Japan."

			   Social rights is more important
			   than individual's.

Must be "Social rights are more important than individual's."

Following meeting is the first official meeting that I lecture
   my theory.

Must be "The following meeting". I don't think you LECTURE in a
meeting. You lecture in a class but not in a meeting. Instead, say
"I give a talk about my theory."

Please Do not use Japanese.	Thank you.

Must be "Please do not write in Japanese." Although you say "Please
Do not use Japanese," you were quoting some Japanese words :-).

I'm very grad that someone introduce me
	   a U.S lawyer in Japan.

Must be "I'm very glad that someone called me a US lawyer in Japan."

Frankly speaking, your English sentences are less than understandable.
I only checked grammatical mistakes, not talking about the contents.
Please notice that I said "Must be" instead of "Should be." Can you
see the difference???
