MUST READ FOR YOURSELF

Hate. It is always amazing that we the people have to obey the law:
HOWEVER there seems to be a GIANT EXCEPTION.  It appears and has been
proven to me by the attitude, and treatment that has been shown to me
and by which I have received by none other than LAW ENFORCMENT. I have
no idea or clue to what it is like in other parts of the free world
and especially the AMERICAN FREE WORLD. But
I do know for a fact it is real in the part of where I am living with
my family. I am living in CONTRA COSTA COUNTY of which my home city of
CONCORD, California.

I am still being VICTIMIZED, HARRASSED, TERRORIZED, I AM A VICTIM OF
TERRORIST ACTS, I AM ALSO A VICTIM OF HATE CRIMES.  Ever since my
neighbor from hell started a CONSPIRACY, the LAW ENFORCEMENT in my
area has been helping out in it and intentionally failed to help me.

I have been TERRORIZED every day NON STOP for the past years.  I have
on many and many etc occasions been with CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT  of
which has refused to help me and on occasions has DENIED any
involvement and has DENIED any knowledge of what other part of LAW
ENFORCMENT is doing this to me in an effort to help my hellish
neighbors. 

After a long time of this going on and with no end in sight I finally
got my police radio scanner and started listening intensely.  I have
heard for myself that the CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT does have full
knowledge and has some involvement.  I also found out that the other
agency involved is the CONTRA COSTA SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT. 

I found this information out by listening to my police radio scanner
while listening to CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT frequencies. I also re
verified this information out after many times of going to the police
to check on the realism of the many warrants that I keep hearing about
taken out on me.  EACH TIME I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO WANTS AND NO
WARRANTS.  

From listening to these so called law enforcement officers talk to
each other and with threats of arrest etc made towards me that
according to my understanding that these so called officers from the
start of their involvement up until now must have obtained a minimum
of at least *****  OVER 50 ***** ===== plus ===== warrants taken out
on me.


This is harassment, victimization, annoyance, jeopardy, endangerment
and a host of other ILLEGAL acts being used against me.  ALSO IT IS
WELL KNOWN That I AM DISABLED, WITH MAJOR MEDICAL AND HEALTH PROBLEMS.

These so called sheriff's officers have done nothing but make problems
for me.  They have intentionally increased the neighborhood hate and
turned other neighbors into enemies of mine and my family.  Since the
start of their involvement all that I have heard them say to others
and when they talk out loud to disturb my sleep as another example of
being sleep deprived is and I quote. 

"All we want to do is to talk to him.  All we want to do is to help
him."

These are the same so called officers that since the beginning of
their involvement that has INTENTIONALLY FAILED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES
TO ME.

their involvement that has
INTENTIONALLY FAILED to indicate even so much as a hint of what kind
of HELP and or what type of help!

Also let it be known and I want to share this to the public and make
it CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD that these are the people who have made me a
target of their HATE for NO reason or fault of my own.  I haven't yet
been told the truth by anyone or given an explanation why I am the
target.

 These ARE the people behind the larger part of the Terrorist and hate
crimes and other activities against me!

In our house these people have made sure that we and ESPECIALLY MYSELF
have no and are DEPRIVED of PRIVACY.

These are the same officers whose use of terrorization AND HATE CRIMES
considered it fit, proper and legal for these officers to INVADE MY
PRIVACY and also to INVADE MY FAMILIES PRIVACY.  We are constantly
being VISUALLY WATCHED BY THESE SO CALLED OFFICERS OF THE LAW from any
area that is viewable into our home from the outside of our house.
This includes their usage of neighbors' homes and property including
the neighbors whose homes that that they are using as a temporary
base.

These are the same officers who have placed HIDDEN ELECTRONIC
SURVAILLANCE AND SENSOR BUGS INSIDE OUR HOME ESPECIALLY IN MY BEDROOM
AND LEAVING ****** NOTHING***** TO THE IMAGINATION OF ANY PARTS LEFT
UNTOUCHED.

THESE ARE THE SAME OFFICERS WHO WATCH MY ELDERLY MOTHER CHANGE
CLOTHES, PAJAMAS AND OTHER HORRID SHAMEFUL ACT OF INVASION INTO HER
PERSONAL PRIVACY.

EVEN ON OUR JEWSIH HOLIDAY OF PASSOVER THESE OFFICERS HAVE CAREFULLY
MONITORED OUR PRIAVTE SERVICE IN OUR OWN HOUSE.  THIS MONITORING WAS
ALSO ILLEGALLY DONE BY THOSE OFFICERS HIDING ON OUR ROOF WITHOUT
PERMISSION AT ANY TIME TO DO SO.

From listening to these people that are constantly harassing me,
threatening me  and INTENTIONALLY VIOLATE LEGALLY POSTED AND PROPERLY
LEGALLY MARKED SIGNS SAYING PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OUT and another
signs saying NO TRESSPASSING.

These signs are posted all over the front of the house and because of
their intent of illegally using any methods against me to get to me,
we have been forced to purchase additional PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OUT
SIGNS TO PUT IN OUR OWN BACK YARD AREA.

I can only assume that since the have law enforcement badges etc that
they think that they are ABOVE the law and therefore feel that they
can ignore and or break any laws that they see fit at the time.  Also
from all the ILLEGAL, CRULE, HEARTLESS things they did to me
personally and my private belongings with intentional tampering,
breaking into personal belongings, breakage of personal property,
destruction of personal property and related things that they also
consider themselves above the law and are not touched or bothered by
it.

These are the same officers whose terrorization on several occasions
have forced me to have suffered HEART ATTACKS, STROKES, ATTACKS OF MY
KNOWN REGULAR HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITON.
These are the same officers whose terrorizations on these levels have
made things so hard and horrific that I ALMOST have been killed in
these types of circumstances.

These are the same officers whose terrorization on several occasions
have forced me several occasions have forced me to flee on foot and
using my cane for roughly 4 hours to hobble 2 miles down a major road
of where I was found curbside having heart problems and other medical
issues by some very extremely kind and caring people.  Without whose
kindness, concern and help that I most assuredly would have died.

These are the same officers whose terrorization on one particular
occasions has forced me to suffer sever and major chest pains
resulting in a vehicle accident and loss of our ONLY family car.  This
car was special to our family as it was left to mom by my dearly
departed uncle.  I feel that these people stolen my families cherished
possession and a giant memory of a deceased beloved relative.

The newest thing they are trying is another attempt t accuses me of
molestation, in pure thoughts, faking medical and disability, and a
host of other things, just to help in the neighborhood conspiracy by
creating more lies.

I sleep ALONE, with drapes and windows shut.  These people even use
some type of device thru windows or their hidden electronic monitoring
to visualize any action between my legs when I sleep.  I heard them
talking about that many times.



I decided to prove this to myself and others.  I put a big piece of
foil between certain places between my sheet and blanket and after
hearing comments and threats made about blocking their view I decided
to line my front pockets with foil in my pants including pajamas.

These people have been enraged since I have done that.  This is just
another way that these so called LAW 
Enforcement PROFESSIONALS use and ABUSE our TAX
DOLLAR.

I am NOT a criminal and I do not now or 
Ever have had a CRIMINAL RECORD.
THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO 
GIVE ME ONE.

These actions have been going on for years 
By these people helping in and including 
Their own conspiracy and conspiracies 
Against me.

These so called law enforcement officers 
Will do and are still doing everything and
Anything it takes to justify their time in 
Any attempts to kill or put me away for 
For being a law abiding citizen that they 
Hate.
