AIXの話ではなく、ツールの話なのでfj.comp.x11を追加して、
Followupもそちらにしました。

御質問の意図とは外れているかもしれませんが、

#ifndef DESIGN_TIME

  --  C以外の構文 (SQLなど)  --

#endif

とすれば、この箇所のインタープリターでの構文解釈は行われず、
コンパイル時には認識されます。

＃UIM/XてC++に対応してないんでしたっけ(^^;？
