The instructions given here only applie to libc from the pure
SunOS4.1.  The version of libc that you modified following the 
instructions given here applie only to libc version 1.5.
The libc created in this way MUST be used in /usr/compat 
environment -- which is an optional installation in  JLE/KLE/CLE/HLE.
