Sure the court could extend it to June 2nd,2002, byt they didn't. The
point is that the count in Dade county CANNOT be done by Dec. 12th. Of
course I will defer to YOU as an EXPERT on this. You seem to know more than
the election commission. So I guess I just have to take YOURS and Mike
Daley's WORD for this.

Ah yes CARNACK the magnificent. ANY indentation ANYWHERE on the ballot
means it is a GORE vote! Oh look, the ballot is discolored, that PROVES that
the voter had the intent to vote for AL GORE! Whjat will be thr RULE today?
That ALL Votes for Bush were REALLY intended to be for Gore? That the
PEOPLE just got confused and voted for the WRONG MAN?

They are MNANUFACTURED. You forget, that Miami has already had problems
with documented voter FRAUD! Say and if it is such an HONEST proceedings,
why did they try to move the counting to a SECRET room with police keeping
out the media and the public? OPEN and FREE election? Yeah, many by Chinese
standards. As Stalin said; "it isn't the voters who count in an election,
it is the people who COUNT the votes." Amazing how in Palm Beach we find a
PILE of chads underneath the Democratic counters. Not by the Republican
ones. AGAIN you have to look at this election in some context. the FRAUDS in
Milwaukee by the Gore Campaign bussing winos from polling place to polling
place having them vote dozens of times for AL GORE, getting the students in
the Democratic Clubs at the universities to vote as many as 25 times for AL
GORE, we can look at the GOON SQUAD hired by the GORE Campaign to be in the
polling places in Little Haiti to COERCE votes for Gore. We can look at the
scheme to hi-jack the electoral college by the Gore campaign with a
systematic plan to BLACKMAIL Republican electors to switch their votes to
Gore. We can look at Palm Beach now on its SIXTH recount of the ballots.
Two machine counts Gore LOST, and three hand counts changing the rules each
time because GORE wasn't picking up enough new votes, now to this last RULE
which allows ANY INDENTAION ANYWHERE ON THE BALLOT to be counted as a GORE
VOTE!

I'd say they ARE....... MANUFACTURING votes or damn well trying to! And
according to polls being done, so does about 68% of the American people!

 > Bush is very lucky that Miami/Dade packed it in, or he was probably
through.

Of course. They could easilyt find 8 milliuon new votes for Gore there.
They HAVE before! Miami's election machine is infamous in Florida for FIXED
elections. But that you guys HAVE to rely on MAKING ballots AFTER the
election SCREAMS volumes about you and your candidate. He's a CROOK!

> } Let me remind you of a small FACT. That MASSIVE fraud WAS proved in
Miami by the Democrats STUFFING the ballot box } on a previous HAND COUNT.
And Miami had to switch mayors. There is NO
 provision to switch Presidents.

> A bunch of typically hysterical accusations. I can agree that the
> process in Florida is a mess, but it is because *the law itself is a
mess*.

Not hysterical at all. The elction process in Miami has been infamous in
Florida for decades. Never was it more rigged than during Janet Reno's days.
I don't know where you live, but in Florida we pretty well recall two
reporters who found a storeage area that had voting machines and pre punched
ballots for an up coming election. The material was turned over to the cops
and Reno to prosecute the election fraud. Instead of arresting the people
behind the attempted fraud, the evidence "disappeared" and the reporters
were arrested at Reno's instructions. And nobodsy knows this better than
the people of Florida and the people of Miami. It is interesting to hear
people from elsewhere tell us that it is "hysterical."

No the law isn't in conflict. And that isn't what the court ruled. The
court found that in their opinion the Secretarty of State has NO DISCRETION
on elections. The court moved into uncharted waters and set aside the law
enacted by the legislature and negated the actions of the ELECTED
administrative branch of government. All of which MIGHT have been reasonable
IF................ IF............... IF.... the court had set ANY standards
for determining the voter intent. SINCE the ruling, Palm beach county has
CHANGED the standards TWICE that it has been using. Each time, finding NOT
ENOUGH new votes for Gore, so they EXPANDED their rules to allow in ballots
as votes that would not have the day before. Sir, we call that RIGGING AN
ELECTION! That may work in CHICAGO but it doesn't fly in Florida. Steps were
taken to stop the fraud in Miami since they got rid of the legal obstacle to
HONEST elections, Fidel Reno!

> } Yeah I have developed a bias.

> Developed? You've been frothing at the mouth since you joined this
discussion.

And you haven't? I have seen HARD LINERS before, BUT.... your selective
input cyle is something to behold. No matter what happens you can filter out
anything that disarees with your original conclusion that gore won.

> } I have sat and watched a PATTERN. I have

> Run, they're coming for you!

Are you claiming there was NO bussing of winos in Milwaukee by a DEPUTY
in the Gore campaign? Are oyu claiming that There were NO goons in the
polling places in litte Haiti? Are you claiming that Gore agent Beckel is
NOT trying to blackmail Republican electors? So we all should disregard the
video of the Gore Deputy doing what we ALL saw? We should disregard what
Beckel said on both Fox News and MSNBC? Forget the video on ABC. Nothing is
true but what YOU and AL tell us is true? Pay NO attention to that man
behind the curtain????? Now if I believed you I'd have to be pretty stujpid.
And if you REALLY think I am going to YOU are the one with the intelligence
problem. Quit trying to seel me a bucket of horseshit, and MAYBE I'll be
less hyper about it.

> Listen, you can write all the allegations you want, in upper case if
> that thrills you. There are plenty of allegations on all sides. They are

See, my thing is that absent some showing that the video was FAKED, I
tend to accept that as PROOF of an event. Do we see a claim ANYWHERE that
the deals in Milwaukee didn't happen? That the tapes shown on ABC were
faked? Are you claiming that Bob Beckel isn't real? You see to buy YOUR
arguments we have to deny ALL that. We have to ignore that Palm Beach is
now on its SIXTH recount. Changing rules three times in the hand recounts.
Now Gore has said that if the hand recounts don't give him enough he will go
to court and make them do it AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN until "I WIN!" He is
willing to put this entire nation in INTENSE AGONY all for his naked
ambition. Screw what this is doing to our country. The hell with the crash
dive the stock market has been in; "I WANT TO BE PRESIDENT."

Well I can't be certain that Gore won't win. If he does, he'll regret it
or America will. He will be the MOST HATED President in American history and
without the support of even the majority of people who voted FOR him.
Perhaps you miss the quiet whispers from Democrats in Congress urging Gore
to knock it off. The Republican majority in Congress is going to include a
bunch of honest Democrats, and they are FAR more numerous that the
Republicans or Gore realize. And unlike candidates in the past who lost an
election like this and came back to win the next election, that won't happen
now for Al. He knows, he either steals THIS election or he is though forever
anyway. In the end, honest democrats are as turned off as the rest of the
country is with Algore's hijinks. It's over! One way or the other, it's
OVER! And Gore has lost. Even if he STEALS the presidency he has lost the
American people. He might get 4 years in the White House or 20 years in
Leavenworth. Only the future will tell us which.
