Of course it is.  When the ballot was filled out by hand.  But these
thieves in Palm Beach are wanting to "change" the vote until it meets with
their desires.  Otherwise known as a criminal consiracy. Did you hear
about the black Republican woman who lost a local election in Palm Beach
by 20 votes and they will not give her a recount ?

That's Democrats in action.
