I have to agree with Jack.  Charity begins at home, to hell with the per capita.  We
shouldn't be giving any money to other nations, let them stand on there feet just
like the U.S.  I have yet to see one of them come to our aid when we have a
disaster.
We endure floods, earthquakes, major fires, major storms, etc. and not a single
foreign nation has showed there face here with any assistance at all.  The criteria
should be, Charity begins at home.........

As for american/foreigners voting:  If they want to vote, vote HERE, not there.
They want there cake and eat it also and that's utter bull crap.  It doesn't make a
difference what country they are in,  but Israel is the one that is being talked
about.  It's about time those people made a choice, here or there....

In all reality, we the working class of the United States are paying the bills.
