Warning about Compass Bank, formerly Arizona Bank:
After presenting a new U.S. passport, Drivers License, SS card, credit card, 
I was told that Compass Bank would not open an account for me.  Why?
Because the passport was new, I hadnt signed it yet. Therefore, it was "not valid".
Real reason?: I threatened to make complaints over their obstinence at
not taking my ID.  I also asked too many questions about bank privacy policy, etc.
So the branch manager and his fat lady assistant, Patti Kerr
decided that there is no way in hell they are going to let me deposit money
in their bank. Then the manager of the branch starts playing games and
making fun of me by questionning the picture on my passport and interrogating
me about my IDs.  This bank was formerly called Arizona Bank, so I guess
the name got too hot for them and they decided to change it.
If anyone has any good ideas on how to deal with these people, other than
going to another bank (Ive already heard that one thats not the point),
feel free to let me know.


The Arizona CEO of Compass bank , whose assistant said she he would 
return my call, didnt even have the courtesy to respond to my call, 
nor my fax to his office. What a bunch of losers.
Delete the "NONE"(s) in my  email address if responding by email.
