Sir, have you bene listening to the news in the last hour? The court has
UPHELD the Secretary of State's ruling. And Sir, in FLORIDA the Secretary of
State DOES determine the application of law as to elections. I can reference
the statement of the Florida Secretary of state on the issue and that of the
various Election COmmissioners of FLORIDA who have spoken ion this. I know
how DFESPERATE the Gore campaign is to get all thsoe EXTRA votes in from
Israel. Those executed and mailed LEGALLY will be counted, the NAKED attempt
to STUFF the ballot box with BOGUS ballot will NOT fly in Florida. The
attempt of the CORRUPT Chicago Machine to subvery our election is failing.
The courts have rejected your BS.

No sir, what the court has recognized TODAY was the separation of
powers. That the decision on Election rules are the purview of the Secretary
of State and election board. NO, you boys to NOT get to make NEW RULES and
get the courts to help you. The postmark IS required. As well as a properly
executed witnessing.
You may wish to view the website of the Secretary of State or Florida
election commission sir. THEY believe it DOES require a postmark On Nov 7th
or before. And for all your ill mannered tantrums THEY get to make the
decision NOT YOU!
> I'm not a Gore supporter; ad hominem responses to a simple request that
> you justify your claims make you look petty.
No, you COULD look at the website of the Florida Secretary of state or
the Florida Election Commission for your answers. I am not running to fetch
information for you. The Florida secretary of state has spoken the court has
upheld her. And when the absentee ballots are counted, the LEGAL ONES, it is
END GAME! And as far as you being a Gorbitiot, your arguments speak for
themselves.
> I never said *any* of this, of course, and I am not a Democrat.
> You are frothing at the mouth with partisanship, which is affecting
> your ability to think rationally.
But I AM a registered Democrat. And fair is fair. The issue is one
judged in context with the games being played.
> "(c) With respect to marked ballots mailed by absent qualified

> foreign postmark shall be considered valid."
Sir, AGAIN, might I suggest you visit the website for the Florida
Secretarfy of State. I know of your animosity toward her, but she IS the one
BY LAW charged with administering elections in this state.

Which is what I have you marked as. 1,100 Democratic lawyers from out of
state MIS-STATING Florida law. You can hope that you can get in those bogus
ballots, but it is NOT going to happen any more than the ALTERED ballots
(chads on the floor) have flown here. This is NOT Chicago! Dead people
aren't allowed to vote here!
