First it is not a "Western" nation.  Second we give them far too much. We
send it to them and they use it to pay spies to steal secrets from us and
arms merchants to sell our equipment to our enemies.  They lobby our
congress with our money, to pass laws that are forbidden in their
country.  They murder anyone who challenges their authority and have their
cousins in this country defend any rabble that violates our laws. With
them as friends, can we afford enemies ?  Talk about incest, this mess
gets real deep.
