Heart attacks come in all sorts of degrees and severities. A Google search turned up all sorts of interesting articles on heart attacks, how they work, what the different severities mean, what the actual injury to the heart is, all sorts of neat stuff. Basically, if your heart does something funny, it may either stop, or not. It may develop scar tissue or it may not. All sorts of things might happen.
