TITLE:  Analyst
DESCRIPTION: Administer multiple SUN Solaris UNIX servers in a
client/server environment for 
user-testing, training and production systems.  Rotate 'on-call' pager to
handle 
production system outages. Troubleshoot and provide solutions to real-time
problems 
in production environment. Perform software installs and upgrades for both
the 
application and the supporting third-party tools.

Skills/Competencies Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or
related 
area or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years experience in
support 
of a production UNIX system such as IBM AIX, Hewlett Packard HPUX or,
preferably, 
Sun Solaris.  Experience with Tuxedo and Oracle databases a strong plus.  
This position works closely with the client, developers, and the Help Desk.
 
Qualified individuals will possess strong customer service skills, well
rounded 
interpersonal skills, and good problem solving skills, as well as  strong 
communication skills.   

US citizenship preferred.   H1B applicants or other legal immigrants
with fluent English will be considered.
