How right you are..were...

I had cc'ed the same message to the FlashNet Webmaster, who IMMEDIATELY
removed the entire statement from their web site, and sent me a note of
apology.

Kudos to L.E. Heath (Webmaster) and FlashNet for such quick action and
response.

Big fat raspberry to Preston in Support, who wouldn't know customer service if
it bit him on his hiney! Hmm..amazing that to Preston, it was not misleading
in the slightest, but to the webmaster it warrented complete removal, rather
than merely changing it...
