Will Flashnet survive or become flushed ??

The big problem with a provider that conducts itself in the
manner of flashnet is that I, as a customer, feel compelled
to spend a portion of my time in these newgroups, rather than
taking advantage of the internet. When I have to spend time
attempting to get logged on, or relogging on after a disconnect,
our dealing with email failures, or waiting on hold for tech
support service, it becomes a disgusting insult to understand
that these people are playing corporate executive and laughing
all the way to the bank.

I will begin, and contine, to push for a refund from flashnet
due to what appears to be a total lack of ability on their part.

Again, it is deplorable that they seem to be going full speed
ahead in the overbearing advertising plan, but at the same time,
they are offering up excuse after excuse as to why they can't
seem to get their house in order. WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR
SHALLOW, MEANINGLESS EXCUSES, JUST GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER, OR
GIVE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK.

I will add that anyone who feels warm and fuzzy about the service
you're receiving from flashnet is probably feeling that way
because they've been whizzing on you for months and you just
don't know the difference. But, if you are actually satisfied,
what the hell are you spending your time with others' problems?
I know you all can't be related to Thurburn!
