To France:

Hey! Before your government starts a war on softdrugs in Holland,
let them tell all your wine producers to stop adding alcohol to their
wine, because alcohol is a harddrug!

STEEK'M OP! (Osdorp Posse)

Door die blunt, straight to the point,
Zwarte Piet wiede wiede wiet,

Can anybody tell me what's happening in the slander-trial between
Nahas and some others. As I understand it Nahas is, or was, the main
advisor to Chirac on drugpolicy. From what I hear of the courtcase,
the scientific integrity of the man is held in doubt. Recently the
French governement has been criticising Dutch drugpolicies, unfairly
in my opinion. That's why I want to know more about what lies at the
basis of their criticism.

Hi
Nahas is a personne very known for his extremly conservative opinions. In
France his thought did not change since we set up a drugpolicy. The
problem is that lawmakers are elected by this anti-progressive majority.
They are liberal with money but they refuse to consider that individual
freedoms may fit with a liberal economical schedule. Chirac is sick, in my
opinion. Taking Nahas as his main advisor is a big error for many reasons.
For Nahas, even conjuring up a joint makes him hysterical. Therefore
there is strictly nothing good to expect from such a guy, thus either from
politicians that listen to him. Basically, it's demagogy. It's obviously easier
to put guys in jail than setting up a real prevention policy. However, the
problem exists. If they blindly prefer blowout the thermometer, ignoring
the reality. Nahas might alas have a future. Balance: Now instead of giving
monney to hospitals or drug-infos centers they build jail, they criminalize
what was considered before as an offence. Doing things exactly like if they
ignored that an addict guy is mostly often forced to deal in order to afford
his own consummation. Coming back to Nahas, Iwon't even say he's a
scientist, he does not desserve to be called proffessor. He is overall someone
who has conservative opinions.
You are right when you say that Netherland policy were criticised. A
Senator even said that NL was a Narco-State! Still demagogical. We were
already very late with our drugpolicy when we had socialists at the Govt.
I'm afraid that things become really worse. I, personally have admired NL
drugs policy. You have one of the weakest percentage of people sick with
AIDS among toxicomen (dunno if that word is correct - means drug addict)
And you don't have proportionally more hard drugs users than any where
else. Don't worry this Govt does not know what to invent to annoy people!

You are absolutely right!

Mr Toubon want the community decisions not to be taken with all of the
countries involved, in order to "harmonize european legacies"!!!

Dutch is clairly mentionned in this project!
I saw last week on a dutch newspaper Chirac seating on a nuclear bomb,
saying "Don't smoke marijuana, it's dangerous for health!" :)!!!

Dutch, Be careful of the filthy french leaders!!!!!

Huh?

If you crosspost something to international groups, please use an
understandable language like English.

>Ik will rauken wat ik will !!

Is this supposed to be Dutch? Then it is "roken" (smoke) and "wil".

Let all hashusers smoke KCN, then the problem is solved very quickly.
