Check out Montego Bay Jazz and Heritage Festival scheduled for October 12
to 20, 1996.  Last minute sponsorship by Jamaica's National Carrier Air
Jamaica to get people during a slow tourist season means that you can
travel to the festival at a bargain price for air and hotels.

Sponsorship has enabled this local festival to move on to the bigtime with
headliners like George Benson, Branford Marsalis, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush and
Ziggy Marley.  Since this is the first year with big talent, you can check
the bands without a big crowd.  Imagine being one of those that got the
chance to attend the first few New Orleans Jazzfests or the first couple
at Montery!
