The court ordered voter intent to be determined by reasonable
discretion.

The key word is "reasonable."

However, what had transpired was not reasonable, but rather, it was
fraud, corruption, and ballot tampering.


A more accurate reading of the ballots could be done by anyone certified
by the American Tarrot Card Association, any good astrologer, entrails
reader or tea leaf reader. But the Demos are indeed trying their best,
their "best" being synonymous with fraud.
