Hi,
I'm attempting to piece together a few
personal computers for an elementary school
where I do volunteer computer work (Northridge
Christian Life Academy, in North Ridgeville).
If you have any unused IBM/PC computer parts which you
can donate or sell on the cheap, I (and the school)
would be very appreciative. Even dead or obsolete items are of great use,
as they can be used as teaching props to show the students
what the particular component looks like and how it functions with
the rest of the system. Anything from old modems to memory to
video display adapters to keyboards to cases to motherboards is
welcome... and everything in between.
If you have any items you'd like to donate or sell, please
contact me either by e-mail ( jms4@po.cwru.edu ) or by voice-mail
@ (216) 362-5896 so I can make arrangments to pick up your old
hardware. And if North Ridgeville is too far away for you,
please consider donating your unused hardware to another school or
charity in your area.
Any other questions? Please, let me know!
Thanks!
-James
