Concentrate on that one spot, until all else fades to blackness. Now visualise a metal ring there. See it, feel it, make it real. Now visualise a chain attached to the hoop. See it, feel it, make it real. Now look up the chain, slowly, without breaking your concentration, I am holding it. Yank. (no pun on you americans, really. Just pulling your chain)
