True...but I also remember reading that there was more to this case.  The guy 
supposedly abused his wife, and the courts were not sure that they would get 
him on those charges, so they went ahead and made sure they nailed him on 
charges he admitted to.

Or at least that's what I read.

Hey...did you know in New York, pre-maritial oral sex is illegal?   A friend 
of mine was taking criminal justice courses in poughkeepsie, an interning at 
the PD.  He had a book that listed that.

Though, in New York
	a) it is legal to have sex in a car as long as you are out of public view 
(ie. back in the woods.)
	b) It is legal for women to go topless in public areas (ie. central park) as 
long as it's not being done in a rude nature.
