They aren't exclusive to Georgia. I know that virtually all of the Southern
states had them at one time or another. Most of the states have decided to
repeal them though after getting a clue and separating the church from the
state.

Sure. They're illegal. The laws are quite old and are based off morality
standards.

Realize that GA law is VERY backwards in some areas. Heck, we've still got
some of the worst blue laws on the books. Did you know that it's illegal in
GA to have sex unless you're wearing at least one article of clothing?
