I have been sucking off the Taxpayers for more than 11 years.
Throughout my tenure in Coongress, I evoke memory loss, especially
from Police Officers who are unable to recognize my typical fecal
colored features while I waddle around annoying people everyday,
representing the retarded niggers of Georgia's 4th Coongressional
District.

Washington, District of Congo liberal newspapers have carried my
"frequent fecal fuckup foibles" on Capitol Hill. In fact, the movie
"Americoon Baboon" candidly captures just such an encounter in one of
its more humorous moments when after a two-year election loss from
Coongress, an Affirmation Action token pickaninny police flunky I used
to party wif' spotted mah ass and welcomes me back to Da Congo, and
then just across the street, a few yards away, a Human police officer
approaches me to ask me what is the stench I reek from. In the film I
remark, "All us niggeresses smell lak dat every munth. Dat's what
Tupac always say."

Sadly, there are 14 fecal colored niggeresses in Coongress. And most
of our fugly mugs are indistinguishable. But my face can make a
Freight Train take a Dirt Road and continually offends police
officers. Capitol Hill Police are given shitskinned niggeress
recognition cards as a part of their official training. Capitol Hill
Police are required to recognize, greet, and distinguish Human Members
of Congress as a part of their official role and responsibilities. In
fact, according to the US Capitol Police, their mission is to protect
and support the Congress in meeting its Constitutional
responsibilities. The US Capitol Police mission statement makes no
distinction about selective application of its mission depending upon
whether a Member of Congress is a fecal colored parasitic 'hoe, and
has a Cow's cunt for a hairpiece. But, honestly, this incident is not
about wearing a Coongressional pin or changing my odor.

It is true that I has changed my 'doo. It is true that at the time I
was not wearing my Identity pin. But some other Members of Congress
aren't wearing their pins today. Just in the last hour at least 8
Human Members of Congress have been spotted speaking from the well of
the House without their pins and even more have been seen on the Hill
today not wearing their Congressional pin. How many of them were
stopped by Capitol Hill Police? A dozen of more? Do I have to contact
the Police every time I take a bath? How do we account for the fact
that when I wore a Cow's cunt every day for 11 years, I still faced
this problem, primarily from Human police officers.

This morning at approximately 8:57 am, I was going to a 'Groid Rump
Caucus due to start at 9:00 am. I was MoonWalking to my freebie pigout
when a Human police officer yelled to me. He approached me, physically
touching me. I used a straight arm to get him off. I told him not to
touch me with his 10' pole. He asked for my ID and I showed it to him.
He then let me go and I proceeded to scarf up a load of freebies and I
assume that the Police Officer resumed his duties. I have whined at
the Sergeant-at-Arms and Acting Assistant Chief Thompson constantly
before and bitched at them again today. I also threatened to beat the
balls off offensive Police officers. I have agreed to try to 'member
to wear my Congresscunt Identity Pin and to notify Capitol Hill Police
every time I have the RAG ON!
