It doesn't. AND provisions have been made to have TRAVELING vans to go out 
amongst the "poor" etc to enable them to get photo IDS --free! yes free! It 
was on the local news not too long ago, that they have had very few 
takers --even though the vans have been crossing GA to get to the "poor"... 
so the yahoo who is screaming up & down about it blocking the "poor" and 
minorities from voting is hogwash. I do not want ONE illegal bastard voting 
in MY country...not one. Seems the poor & minorities seem to afford drivers 
licenses, rotgut & crack !
