People playing the game "rogue" are reminded that it is policy that
such game-playing not interfere with more serious use of the system.
Rogue loads down the system rather badly, and of late a number of
people have been playing it at inappropriate times.  This will stop,
at once, or rogue will go away.  A fast rule of thumb is that if
rogue is not responding instantly to your commands, you should not
be playing rogue at all.
