As mentioned earlier, effective 3 June 1985 our charges for laser-printer
printing have been raised to reflect our costs better. (The old 5c/page
charge was just a guess, set at a time when we weren't sure of costs.)
The new rate for ordinary laser-printer output is 7c/page; the new rate
for typesetting is 10c/page, since it puts more load on the system.
Also, the 100th and later pages of a print run, and the 50th and later
pages of a typesetting run, are charged double to encourage printing big
documents in smaller pieces. This surcharge will be waived if there is
a convincing reason why a big document absolutely cannot be printed a
chapter at a time.
