Many people asked "where oh where has human-nets gone?" and others
have replied "it's on its way back soon!" but Ive never seen the
reason for its missing this past month +.  What's the  story here?
Is ARPA starting news sanctions against USENET?  Has there been a
cover-up?  Will 60 minutes get wind of this?  These and other
questions are disturbing my faith in interNETtional co-operation.
