1 Bedroom, 1 Bathrooms with Tub
For rent at $400.00 per month plus utilities
I have one bedroom available May 1st in my two bedroom/two bath
apartment. Gated community, right around the corner from Executive Park and
I-85, 10-20 minutes to Emory and Georgia Tech. The apartment includes a
fireplace, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and a furnished living and dining
area. There is a private bathroom attached to the bedroom and ceiling fans.
I am a grad student and pretty laid back and easy to live with. I am rarely
in the apartment so I'm looking for someone who is fairly clean and
responsible. A male grad student/young professional is preferred. The lease
is up for a year, but a shorter term is possible (if you only need to stay
for the summer).
