My roommate is getting married in early March, so he's willing to move out
anytime between late January and early March...

I'm looking for a non-smoking, quiet and responsible roommate(s) (student or
full-time employed is fine) to share an apartment at Calibre Brooke Apartments:

  1200 square feet total
Large bedroom with *your own* porch, closet, and full bathroom
  Security System
  Two-level Pool
  Sand Volleyball Court
  Tennis Court
  Workout/Gym Clubhouse
  Laundry Room

the complex is located 1 mile away from Cumberland Mall/Galleria, walking
distance to Best Buys, and 10 miles from GA Tech campus... it takes me
anywhere between 10 and 25 minutes to/from campus, depending on
traffic, but most of the time it takes about 15 minutes.

The rent for one of the two bedrooms is approx $450/month ($392.50+util).
There is definitely enough space/room to share the bedroom with 2 people
if you'd like.. in which case you'd split the rent ($392.50/2) and we'd each
pay 1/3 util...

Please e-mail me if you're interested... thanks..
